Terms and Conditions
Bookings: First night fee of $45 will be charged for advance daily/weekly bookings, non refundable, if booking is cancelled. Otherwise, applied toward stay. Month to month booking requires full month and common area fee in advance of stay.
Rates: Based on a two (2) person occupancy. Each additional person is $2 per day or $60 dollars per month.
Water/garbage/sewer: Included

Arrival/Departure:
Arrival times: After 8:00 a.m. and before sunset unless per-arranged with management.
Departure: Noon
Cancellations: 48 hours notice in advance of arrival.
Pets: Monthly tenants are allowed one dog or one cat only upon the approval of management. No "exotic" pets permitted at anytime.
