RV Criteria
We want every resident and guest to feel proud of our community, which starts with making sure all rigs are road-ready and well-maintained. We ask that all RVs be manufactured after 1980 and arrive in good condition, free of visible rust or significant exterior damage.
If you're unsure whether your rig qualifies, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help!
Stay Length
To keep things fair for all residents and guests, stay lengths are fixed and extensions cannot be guaranteed. We recommend booking early if you're planning a longer visit.
